Podcast Interview: Just Say Yes

Interrupting this broadcast for … my very first podcast interview!  Recently I have become a huge fan of podcasts and listen to then regularly when walking.   So when Ros Jones of ActionCOACH asked if I would like to partake in her podcast series, Bold Business Bits, I jumped at the opportunity.

Podcast Interview

I must say, I was a little nervous and hesitant about the recording.  Most of us hate the sound of our own voice, and I am particularly conscious of my Aussie twang.  I also wasn’t entirely sure where the conversation would go.  Having been out of the corporate world for two years, I worry that I have lost my way a little with my words.  And whilst Mackenzie was at nursery, my darling dogs decided that they must be foremost and present for the discussion.  Note my sarcasm here.

Having said all of that, I absolutely love the finished product and I hope you enjoy it too.

Whilst we are on the subject of podcasts, I thought I would share some other podcasts that I have recently loved and I think you will too:

Did you enjoy the podcast interview?  And what podcasts are you currently listening to and loving? I’m also toying with the idea of starting my own podcast – what do you think? Share the love and leave me a comment below.  Shell x

  1. I’ve never listened to a podcast before, I keep meaning to as I come across plenty that sound really interesting. Unless I do something there and then I’m probably likely to forget about it. I love how your dogs wanted to get involved to 😃

    1. It’s either the dogs or the toddler always under my feet haha. I try to listen to my podcasts whilst I am out walking and I know others people like to listen to them on their commute to work. Once you start listening to them they become a bit addictive! Thanks for listening, reading and commenting – Shelley
