From the exotic wildlife to the tropical climates, the amazing beaches and the Indian Pacific train  – you name it, and Australia has it. It’s a great place to live, but it’s also a great place to spend some time and get to know yourself. Australia has so much to offer anybody who visits, and we’ve got some of the best reasons that you should absolutely put Australia on your bucket list below.

Why You Must Visit Australia At Least Once

#1: The Weather

Wherever you go in Australia the weather will delight you. You can head further South in Tasmania or Melbourne and find snow. You can go up north into Cairns or the NT and find tropical rainstorms, cyclones and blistering heat. You could head right to the middle of the country and find red desert and hot sunshine. There’s no such thing as bad weather, just bad clothing, so make sure that you are dressed correctly and you will be able to travel around Australia comfortably. All you need to do is take your pick of destination.

#2: The Nature

Most of Australia is actually untouched. Thankfully, everywhere you travel you will see so much breath taking scenery that you will be spoilt for choice. From the great ocean road to the tropical waterfalls and forests of northern Queensland, there are also resorts that offer plenty of outdoor activities. You could go skiing and swimming in the same country – even the same state. You could also tour the plantations of Australia and go camping – it’s all for the taking.

#3: The Impressive Wildlife

It’s one of the best reasons to go and visit Australia. Being able to see kookaburras or lorikeets in the wild, enjoy watching the Ibis wander around the streets, and even see Kangaroos crossing the road. Its all part of the reason that people want to visit Australia in the first place. They want to see the amazing animals up close and you are guaranteed to see a lot of them when you are there.

#4: The Beaches

One of the main reasons people want to visit Australia is to indulge in the glorious beaches. There are more than 10,000 beaches across the entire country and it could take 30 years for you to visit every single one. There’s plenty of fun to be had on the beaches of Australia, as long as you play by the rules and stay safe. Australians are very big on safety, given that some beaches are inhabited by Crocs, sharks, deadly toads and more. Swim between the flags, slip, slap, slop and you will be able to enjoy everything the beautiful beaches have to offer.

Australia should absolutely be on your bucket list and if it’s not on yours already, you need to start doing some research. It’s one of the best places you could ever visit and you never know, you may fall in love with it and decide to move there entirely. So, when will you visit Australia?
